Carbs Are Killing You

The first book I read which really got me motivated to remove grains from my diet was Why We Get Fat by Gary Taubes. If you haven’t read it, I highly recommend it. It’s not a diet book, per se, but rather follows the history and scientific evidence behind what has been fueling our current obesity epidemic. Mr Taubes does a great job explaining the biochemisty of our metabolic processes. The following poster is based on that science.
